Information submitted to Taxi Boards
Advertiser inquiries collect contact details, company information, campaign requirements and a private budget indication. Owner applications collect contact, location, ownership stage, fleet plans and advertising preferences. Do not submit sensitive personal information in free-text fields.
Purpose and access
Information is used to review inquiries, evaluate participation and contact applicants about their request. Advertiser and owner records are stored separately. Public visitors cannot retrieve submitted records. Advertiser commercial terms are not shared through owner-facing interfaces.
Service providers and security
The initial application uses hosted infrastructure and a database for submission processing. Authorized operators can review records. Access controls and server-side validation reduce risk, but no online service can promise absolute security.
Retention, rights and contact
Taxi Boards still needs to establish its legal entity details, retention schedule, applicable rights process and complete processor disclosures before this notice is finalized.
